Event:	Lean Implementation Planning and Project Management
Description:	This course will focus on Lean Implementation Planning and Project Management. It will take a more detailed look into the systems required to conduct a successful program including unique issues, priorities, and time frames. The goal is to provide assistance for continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and measuring performance. Activities include supplemental training, and facilitation.
Prerequisites:	Principles of Lean Manufacturing with Live Simulation or equivalent.
Expected Outcomes:	Support of the training, and the application of the principles and concepts.
Suggested Participants:	Production and support personnel representing a cross-section of the organization, which make up the Lean Implementation team.
Number of Participants:	Up to 8 People per Event.
Duration of Event:	2 Hours.
