Event:	SEA Lean Enterprise System (LES)
Description:	SEA LES is a comprehensive six month training program comprised of nine workshops of both formal training and hands-on mentoring focused on Strategic Planning, Managing Process Improvement, Job Skills Planning, Materials, and Training, Lean Enterprise Systems. The SEA Lean Enterprise System (LES) is to the Aerospace and Defense Supply Chain as the Toyota Production System is to automotive manufacturing. It is a comprehensive business and production approach that supports accelerated improvement and higher levels of process maturity that improve competitiveness. SEA LES is a comprehensive training program comprised of three “tracks” - Leadership & Culture, Workforce Development, and Operational Excellence. Each track includes several workshops with both formal training and hands-on mentoring focused on developing company personnel and improvement techniques.
