Lori has over 27 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry with experience in Health, Safety & Training.She has held positions as a Senior Training Specialist, Training Coordinator, and Safety & Training Coordinator.She is an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer for General Industry 10/30 Hour, is a Certified Safety and Health Official, a Safety and Health Specialist, is certified in Public Sector Safety & Health Fundamentals for General Industry and has a certification in HR Management.Lori graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Kutztown University. Lori joined Upstate Safety Services in 2017 as a Safety and Documentation Manager.
Tom Enderby – LSSBB Principal Consultant
Tom has over 30 years experience in the manufacturing sector and has worked in a variety of engineering, managerial and leadership functions. Tom has helped companies achieve millions in savings through the application of Lean and Six Sigma principals. Tom has worked in the automotive, aerospace and food industries and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Tom has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Walden University. Tom joined AM&T in 2019 as a Principal Consultant, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
