The initiative offers various programs and services, including no-cost assessments, potential rebates, and funding for project-related consulting costs and contracted services, as well as assessing, designing, developing, and implementation support.
This initiative is funded in part by the ARISE (Appalachian Regional Initiative for Stronger Economies) grant from the Appalachian Regional Commission.
