This online training is intended to enhance your existing on the job training\, to create a job progression plan and requires minimal preparation. \nClasses are self paced and typically take about 60 minutes to complete. They are easily and conveniently accessible on desktops and laptops or on tablets and phones by using the Tooling U-SME app. \nParticipants will be able to sign-up for a free customized trial account.
