The company operates within the printing and related support manufacturing sector, supporting the development, preparation, and finishing of printed and digital technical publications used in highly regulated industries.

SITUATION

D & R Technical Solutions was pursuing a strategic initiative to diversify and expand its client base across both the transit and defense sectors, building on more than 35 years of successful experience supporting transit industry programs. As the company sought to identify and pursue new opportunities where its expertise in technical documentation, training development, and product support could provide value, leadership recognized the need for a more structured approach to lead generation and business development.

SOLUTION

In partnership with AMT, D & R Technical Solutions participated in a lead generation and growth strategy training program designed to strengthen the company’s internal business development capabilities.
